Index remains quite tricky to trade, but single stocks have been a blast. Last week I put on a PANW call spread, ZS and another name. I put on a 5200 straddle for 06/07 at 130 not long ago, which I look to realise the gain on shortly. It will probably be a quiet end to the week with Memorial Day next Monday, but mid-week, we have NVDA earnings to come. LULU earnings to come on the 30th, a lot of vol on the options but considering putting on a straddle. Missed selling upside on GME, boohoo, fun to watch though.
My risk management post is coming along, and I hope to release it within the next few weeks. It will be a long, deep dive into managing risk, from hedging with options to exiting profitable trades, with the hope of helping you manage risk and become a better trader.
