Today is the first of three May bank holidays over here in the UK. I made the most of it; hence The Week Ahead is coming on a Monday!
Quite the eventful week last week, with mega-caps holding up well after their earnings (bar AMZN). Vol compression continues with VIX at 15.8, RVOL at 12 and VVIX at 87. Still a lot of complacency in several asset classes, as mentioned last week.
